Since earning her Bachelor of Management (Major – Entrepreneurship & Innovation) from Dalhousie University in 2014, Anne Lawson has continually advanced in her professional journey.

Kicking off her career at North American Fur Auctions post-graduation, Anne swiftly climbed the ranks to become the Communications Coordinator. In this capacity, she oversaw the company’s corporate marketing and communication functions, managed the social media presence, handled web content updates, and spearheaded website development activities.

In 2017, Anne’s expertise led her to Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (“MLSE”) Foundation, where she assumed the role of Development Coordinator. This appointment followed her successful completion of the Sports Philanthropy Executive Certificate Program at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Currently, Anne serves as the Assistant Director of the Annual Fund at The Ellis School, Pittsburgh’s premier age 3 to grade 12 independent school dedicated to all-girls education.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Anne extends her impact as a Director of The Counselling Foundation of Canada. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Iron City Fishing Club, a private summer residence club located on Georgian Bay, Ontario. This exclusive club is dedicated to providing exceptional family vacation experiences for its members and guests.

Anne holds dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship, reflecting her international perspective and diverse skill set.
