Kyle Mason is a chef with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has worked in a range of sectors, including restaurants, hotels, private clubs, and wholesale food production. He is currently Senior Manager of Culinary and Service Development for Canada with Sodexo where he manages multiple food and beverage operations involving menu, recipe, and workforce development. Throughout his career, Kyle has incorporated technical, teaching, and managerial interests and capabilities to foster healthy relationships between individuals, communities, and the food industry.
Kyle received his BA in International Development Studies from Trent University, Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, and Read Seal qualification (RSE) through the Industry Training Authority of British Columbia. Kyle joins the board of directors having been a member of the Counselling Foundation for the past 10 years.
